Page 23, Molasses Jam Gems, 2 cups flour is an error. This recipe takes 4 1/2 cups flour - no other changes to recipe. Sincere thanks to the two ladies that took the time to bring this to our attention. (Please note that the picture shown on this page does not include the jam - a personal preference)

Page 130, Apple Cinnamon Streusel Muffins. In the Method section go to the paragraph “When your mixture . . .” The paragraph is repeated here - but the correction is the BOLDED text that is highlighted here: “When your mixture has nicely absorbed the cereal, add the flour mixture and mix until combined and spoon into prepared muffin tins – you can either use muffin liners or spray your muffin tins.  I prefer spraying them.  This mixture will make about 14-15 muffins, or if you like a larger muffin – fill one tin.” (Thank you Sharon S. for letting me know!)
